When he notices that his client Tak shows no emotions over his own son`s death, the righteous and kind-hearted insurance agent Sean suspects that the man is a psychopathic murderer. Believing that Tak killed his son for insurance payout, despite the police concluding that there is no foul play involved, Sean launches an investigation into the teenager`s death. While investigating, he faces threat after threat, putting not only himself in danger but also everyone around him.
